As a Senior Physiotherapist (Paediatrics), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assess, diagnose and manage paediatric patients with a range of developmental, neurological, musculoskeletal and physical conditions.
• Develop and implement individualised physiotherapy treatment plans based on patients’ needs and functional goals.
• Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination and functional independence.
• Monitor patients’ progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Work closely with parents, caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support patients’ overall development and rehabilitation.
• Provide education and guidance to parents and caregivers on home exercise programmes and appropriate management strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans and patient progress.
• Supervise, guide and mentor junior physiotherapists and support staff.
• Participate in case discussions, clinical meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to service development, clinical education and professional development activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Physiotherapy.
• Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
• At least 3 years of clinical experience.
