⚠️ Important: Candidates must have direct, hands-on Planisware development experience. Experience implementing, developing, or migrating Planisware is a key screening priority. Candidates with only general project management software experience will not be a fit.

💻 Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Senior Planisware Software Engineers to help build, customize, and maintain an enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) platform supporting vehicle engineering, product development, and manufacturing lifecycle planning.

The team is transitioning from an in-house system to the Planisware SaaS platform, helping manage vehicle engineering schedules, new models and trims, product development milestones, and PMO activities.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Planisware V7 Enterprise applications using OPX2Script, L6/L7, and advanced scripting techniques.
• Design scalable data models, objects, attributes, and database schemas.
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations.
• Integrate Planisware with systems such as SAP, Jira, Azure, and enterprise data lakes.
• Optimize complex SQL queries and troubleshoot application performance issues.
• Manage source control, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and multi-environment deployments.
• Implement enterprise security standards, including authentication, authorization, and data encryption.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, implementation partners, and infrastructure teams.
• Mentor and coach team members while sharing Planisware technical expertise.

🎯 Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years of dedicated hands-on Planisware Enterprise development and customization.
• Strong knowledge of Planisware scripting languages and dynamic reporting.
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, or related enterprise technologies.
• Strong SQL and relational database experience, including Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with enterprise integrations, web services, and data pipelines.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, object-oriented programming, and SDLC best practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, adaptability, and technical mentoring skills.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Planisware Developer certification.
• Automotive, manufacturing, engineering, R&D, or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) experience.
• Experience supporting vehicle development schedules, product engineering, or PMO processes.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub, Jira, OAuth, and SAML.
