Senior Planner

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on customer forecasts and firm sales orders.

2. Collaborate with Procurement to ensure material availability for scheduled runs, specifically managing long-lead-time electronic components.

3. Monitor and minimize Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory through rigorous demand analysis.

4. Manage "Clear-to-Build" (CTB) reports to ensure all components, sub-assemblies, and tooling are ready before releasing work orders to the floor.

5. Coordinate with the Engineering department regarding Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and their impact on current production schedules and material scrap.

6. Initiatives to reduce production lead times and improve inventory turns.

7. Mentor and provide guidance to Junior Planners and Production Coordinators.

8. Act as the primary point of contact for customer regarding delivery timelines and schedule changes.

Job Requirement:

1. Min Degree Holder in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Good interaction and human management skills.
3. Provision in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and SAP knowledge
