To be successful you must have the following:

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or related discipline, with extensive industry experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex tasks, set priorities, and deliver outcomes within tight deadlines in high-pressure environments.
• Strong understanding of commercial requirements, tender processes, and project delivery.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build effective relationships across all levels of the business.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, apply initiative, and exercise sound commercial judgement in decision-making.
• Results-driven team player with the ability to gain cooperation and commitment to achieve business objectives.
• High level of professionalism, maturity, integrity, and confidentiality.

**Company:**We are partnering with a well-established Tier 1 builder with a strong national presence, having successfully delivered more than 1,200 projects over the past four decades and employing approximately 700 people across Australia. 

Opportunity: 
They are seeking to appoint two Senior Cost Planners to support upcoming ECI projects and strengthen their existing estimating and cost planning team through additional capability, technical expertise, and leadership. You will be reporting to the Planning Manager. 

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record delivering cost planning services on large-scale projects valued at $100m and above, ideally within a Tier 1 construction environment.
