Senior Planner Engineer 18 Months contract

About the role

Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, including baseline programme & Micro schedule establishment, progress tracking, and schedule control throughout the project lifecycle. Integrate and consolidate information from multiple stakeholders to ensure accurate and effective project planning and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze project data, identify schedule risks, critical path activities, and potential delays, and propose mitigation measures to support project objectives
• Calculate and estimate the duration, manpower, equipment, and resource requirements for major construction activities
• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly progress reports and management presentations
• Utilize Microsoft office advanced skill to analyze project performance, monitor KPIs, and generate management reports
• Prepare technical submissions and planning documents for tender submissions, including project schedules, methodologies, manpower histograms, and resource planning
• Conduct site planning, monitor work progress, and coordinate with project teams to ensure works are executed according to the approved schedule
• Prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims, delay analysis, and supporting documentation

About you

• At least Diploma in civil engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 7 years related experiences in the construction/LNG/Oil & Gas projects
• Proficiency in Primavera P6
• Experience in using Power BI to develop project dashboards and visualize project data will be an added advantage
