  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Lead or participate in planning workshops, look-ahead planning sessions, and programme reviews.
  • Monitor procurement schedules, resource requirements, and key project milestones.
  • Identify potential delays and develop mitigation and recovery programmes where required.
  • Provide planning support during tender, pre-construction, and live project phases.
  • Support project controls, progress measurement, earned value reporting, and schedule risk analysis.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimise project delivery.

Requirements

  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive planning experience on large-scale construction projects.
  • Proven track record delivering Data Centre or other mission-critical developments.
  • Primavera P6 expertise.
  • Strong experience in project controls, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to lead planning activities and mentor junior planning professionals.

Desirable Experience

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Experience within fast-paced multidisciplinary construction environments.

What's on Offer?

  • Work on some of Europe's largest and most prestigious Data Centre developments.
