Senior Planning Engineer - Arabic Speaker

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction planning and project controls.
• Proven experience in a senior planning role, preferably in a supervisory or section head position.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
• Solid knowledge of project scheduling, critical path analysis, delay analysis, and recovery planning.
• Experience in preparing and monitoring baseline programs, progress reports, and resource-loaded schedules.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project execution, and contractual requirements.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, analytical, and communication skills.
