Senior Planning Engineer / Planning Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 to ensure timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with project managers and teams to establish project timelines and milestones.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Prepare regular progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in resource allocation and management to optimize project efficiency.
• Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines.

Job requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction/Engineering Management, or a relevant discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project planning or scheduling for large-scale building projects in Hong Kong.
• Solid experience in PowerPoint, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project is essential.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
