Sentinel is working with a global leader in the logistics and supply chain industry look for a Senior Platform Engineer as they continue to invest in their cloud and digital transformation. You'll be part of a high-performing engineering team building secure, scalable Azure platforms that underpin business-critical applications used across a worldwide operation. This is an excellent opportunity to work with modern cloud technologies, influence platform strategy and contribute to large-scale engineering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement and operate Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) platforms.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Develop and manage GitOps workflows with GitHub Actions and Argo CD.
• Design and optimise CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments.
• Implement secure cloud solutions, including Azure Key Vault and Azure security best practices.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and improve platform reliability, performance and availability.
• Collaborate with development teams to enable scalable, cloud-native deployments.
• Contribute to platform architecture, automation and engineering best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Solid experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with GitOps using GitHub Actions and Argo CD.
• Knowledge of Azure Key Vault and Azure networking/security services.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting production cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across engineering teams.
