Job Summary

We are looking for a Platform Technical Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Kubernetes and Rancher to manage, troubleshoot, secure, and automate container platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot Rancher-managed Kubernetes clusters.
• Perform RKE/RKE2 upgrades, maintenance, and RKE1 → RKE2 migration.
• Handle incident management, RCA, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Develop automation using Ansible and Python.
• Manage platform security, Linux, networking, and container infrastructure.
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and infrastructure standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years overall experience with 6+ years in infrastructure engineering.
• 4+ years of hands-on Kubernetes administration.
• Strong Rancher and RKE/RKE2 experience.
• B.Sc/M.Sc/BCA/MCA in IT/Computer Science or related field.
