As a Senior Platform Engineer at MIND, you’ll architect and operate the core infrastructure that powers our real-time data protection platform. You’ll build scalable cloud systems, optimize Kubernetes environments, and improve developer velocity across engineering.

You’ll also help shape MIND’s next-generation platform capabilities in AI by driving GenAI and MCP integrations that improve developer experience and engineering workflows, while contributing to the AI/ML/GenAI infrastructure and developer SDKs that power our platform.

Responsibility:

What You’ll Do

• Design and operate scalable cloud infrastructure across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Build and operate Kubernetes clusters and supporting platform tools.
• Build and own CI/CD systems using GitHub Actions, Dagger, Argo CD, or similar technologies.
• Improve developer velocity through internal tooling and platform capabilities.
• Implement core product-infrastructure features, including authentication, authorization, and auditing.
• Decouple product services from infrastructure through internal SDKs for observability, databases, interceptors, and related capabilities.
• Define infrastructure, reliability, and operational standards across engineering.
• Drive GenAI and MCP integrations that improve developer experience and engineering workflows.
• Contribute to the AI/ML/GenAI infrastructure and developer SDKs that power MIND’s platform.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in backend or platform engineering within a product development team.
• Experience with cloud-native development, including containers, cloud providers, and Kubernetes.
• Experience designing and operating continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) systems.
• Strong understanding of Linux systems, distributed architectures, and networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with observability technologies such as OpenTelemetry and the Grafana stack.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Advantage

• Experience with Temporal, Terraform, Protocol Buffers (Protobuf), and Argo CD.
• Familiarity with security best practices, including cloud security, IAM, and secure infrastructure design.
• Experience with FinOps practices, including cloud cost optimization, monitoring, and resource governance.
• Hands-on experience with databases and data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience fine-tuning or deploying ML models.
