Senior Platform Engineer

We’re Hiring | Platform Engineer (DevOps / SRE)

Are you passionate about building scalable cloud infrastructure, reliable deployment pipelines, and developer-first platforms?

We’re looking for a Platform Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, or SRE to help us build and scale robust production systems.

What You’ll Do

• Design and manage Infrastructure as Code across cloud environments.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and rollback mechanisms.
• Manage Kubernetes infrastructure, container orchestration, and cloud networking.
• Build self-service tools that improve developer productivity and experience.
• Own observability across metrics, logs, traces, alerting, and dashboards.
• Drive reliability, incident response, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
• Embed security, compliance, and policy enforcement into the platform.
• Optimize cloud costs and improve infrastructure efficiency.
• Document best practices, write runbooks, and drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, or SRE.
• Strong experience with AWS / GCP / Azure.
• Proficiency in Terraform / Pulumi / CloudFormation.
• Production experience with Docker and Kubernetes or equivalent orchestration platforms.
• Coding skills in Go, Python, or TypeScript.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Argo CD.
• Working knowledge of GitOps, Linux, networking, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or OpenTelemetry.
• A developer-experience mindset, strong debugging skills, and clear technical communication.

Good to Have

• Service meshes, API gateways, and multi-cluster networking.
• Database operations and cloud cost optimization (FinOps).
• Exposure to SOC 2, ISO 27001, or GDPR.
• Experience with Backstage, Crossplane, or internal developer platforms.
• Open-source contributions to infrastructure or platform tooling.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
