Senior Platform Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Platform Software Engineer with 7+ years of professional software development experience to design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable, highly available applications. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development expertise, experience with distributed systems and databases, and a focus on site reliability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and production operations.
• Develop well-architected, scalable, and reliable applications using consistent engineering practices.
• Debug software components, identify defects, and implement solutions.
• Support high-availability applications and contribute to service reliability and monitoring.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve productivity, quality, and delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong application development skills across frontend, backend, and production environments.
• Experience with Java, TypeScript, or Python.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, algorithms, and databases.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tools is preferred.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, security, scalability, and site reliability practices.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
