Senior Platform Manager, EDT Solution Delivery AEM (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Platform Manager, EDT Solution Delivery AEM (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will guide platform strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for a global digital experience environment that supports marketing and content operations across multiple countries. The position will partner closely with architecture, DevOps, analytics, and marketing stakeholders to modernize delivery, improve scalability, and strengthen governance. It also includes leadership of a diverse team and oversight of external delivery partners to ensure high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $135,600 – $225,900 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the platform strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for the content management environment.
• Oversee architecture governance for components and templates supporting global brand needs.
• Drive modernization initiatives for scalable content authoring and marketing analytics.
• Ensure integration between the platform and analytics and marketing automation tools.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and participate in release management with DevOps teams.
• Evaluate generative AI capabilities within the platform in collaboration with AI initiatives.
• Lead a diverse team, fostering talent development and engagement while ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Manage global system integrators and hybrid delivery models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 10+ years in IT and/or digital application development with leadership experience.
• 7+ years delivering and operating Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x and/or AEMaaCS) in a global enterprise.
• 5+ years leading Multi-Site Manager (MSM), translation strategies, and Digital Asset Management (DAM).
• 2+ years managing global system integrators and hybrid delivery models.
• Experience with broader Adobe Experience Cloud solutions preferred.
