Connected-Stories is modernizing the marketing content workflow. Our multi-agent AI platform automates the work between a marketing idea and its delivery, across teams, markets and channels. Tier-1 enterprises run it as a core part of their operations.

We're built on Google Cloud and have a co-selling program with them globally.

🎯 YOUR MISSION

Your first goal: keep our customers happy by delivering first-class quality of service. Their workflows run on our platform every day, and its reliability, performance and security are what they experience. Beyond that, we want our own Operations to be AI-native, and you'll lead that.

🛠️ WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the reliability and quality of service of our GCP production environment
• Build AI-native observability: agents and tooling that surface, diagnose and resolve issues before customers notice them
• Design and build AI-driven automation for recurring Ops work: deploys, access provisioning, incident response
• Turn manual operational steps into agents and workflows that run themselves
• Report to our senior CIO, and take on more strategy, vendor and budget ownership as you grow into it

🔍 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Solid hands-on GCP experience at production scale (IAM, Cloud Run/GKE, networking)
• Real experience automating operational work with AI/LLM tooling. We mean building agents and workflows, not just using AI tools
• Fast ramp-up on Claude Code or similar agentic dev tooling
• Curiosity and drive. Capability and learning speed matter more to us than years of tenure
• Fluent English

💰 COMPENSATION

€55–70K + bonus
