Senior PLC Engineer (FBD & STL)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain electrical systems and automation programs (e.g., PCS7, S7, IBA reports, Keyence Camera, Siemens drives).
• Support machines across various production lines (Extrusion, Printing, Cutter Creaser, Folder Sealer).
• Troubleshoot issues and organize training for the team on electronic systems.
• Coordinate daily with production teams to address urgent issues, work orders, and maintenance schedules.
• Use TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) tools like root cause analysis and 5 Whys to solve recurring problems.
• Manage SAP PM system for preventive and corrective maintenance, spare parts, and work order analysis.
• Available for emergency call

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Automation, or Electrical Engineering.
• Over 5 years of experience in PLC programming (Siemens STL and FBD), TIA Portal, WinCC, Sinamics & Simotion drives.
• Strong electrical skills (reading diagrams, wiring, motor and drive systems, equipment installation and repair).
• Experience with automated systems like ABB Robots, AGV vehicles, and vision systems.
• Solid background in maintenance planning, breakdown support, problem-solving, and project improvement.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Willingness to work under pressure and respond to emergencies.
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
