Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PLC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems for industrial automation projects. You will work closely with engineers, technicians, and project managers to ensure smooth operation and integration of control systems in diverse industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop PLC programs using platforms Siemens, Mitsubishi, Schneider Electric, etc.
• Create and modify HMI (Human-Machine Interface) applications for enhanced user interaction.
• Integrate PLCs with other devices like sensors, actuators, and SCADA systems.
• Troubleshoot and optimize control systems to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Conduct debugging, testing, and commissioning of automation systems on-site or remotely.
• Perform regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting of existing control systems.
• Prepare detailed documentation for PLC code, wiring diagrams, system architecture, and user manuals.
• Maintain a record of program revisions and ensure version control.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise.
• Train and mentor junior programmers and technicians in PLC programming and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
• Expertise in programming platforms like Platform like Siemens STEP 7/TIA Portal, GX Logic or equivalent.
• Proficient in ladder logic, function block diagrams, and structured text programming.
• Knowledge of SCADA, HMI systems, and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profibus).
• Familiarity with electrical schematics, panel design, and instrumentation.
• Certifications in industrial automation or PLC programming (e.g., Siemens S7 Certification, Rockwell Automation Certification).
• Experience with robotics, vision systems, or Industry 4.0 technologies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
