Position Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will diagnose business challenges, uncover strategic opportunities, map out the product vision, and collaborate with engineering squads to deploy impactful solutions. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will navigate product releases, manage cross-functional dependencies, and maximize business value.

We champion collaboration, absolute ownership, and a solution-oriented mindset. In 2026, this position operates at the convergence of advanced CRM automation and intelligent, AI-driven decisioning. A core focus will involve architecting use cases for an predictive Next Best Action (NBA) engine to deliver hyper-personalized customer experiences across our entire digital ecosystem.

Background and QualificationsExperience & Hard Skills:

  • 7–10+ years of Product Management expertise embedded within MarTech, AdTech, or large-scale global E-commerce operations. A proven track record of guiding intricate, multi-stakeholder agile initiatives to completion.

  • Technical Fluency: Strong architectural understanding of APIs, event streaming (Kafka), Webhooks, Cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Databricks), and Clickstream data.

  • AI Literacy: Solid conceptual and practical grasp of Machine Learning applied to CRM, including predictive scoring, MLOps pipeline logic, and agentic AI.

Mindset & Soft Skills:

  • Driven by an iterative, “hypothesize, validate, and scale” development philosophy.

  • Highly accountable, data-driven, and execution-focused.

  • Reliable professional who consistently meets delivery milestones and manages internal stakeholders with rigor.

Product Portfolio Ownership

You will oversee and drive the strategy for the following product suite:

  • Behavioral & Event-Triggered Journeys: Lifecycle automations including browse/cart abandonment, back-in-stock alerts, and transactional updates (returns, refunds).

  • Contextual & Real-Time Targeting: Dynamic engagement initiatives, such as weather-responsive campaigns.

  • CRM Rewards & Incentives: Loyalty program mechanics, point systems, and tailored promotional offers.

  • [NEW FOR 2026] Next Best Action (NBA) Core Engine: An advanced, AI-driven decisioning layer designed to prioritize and tailor customer interactions across touchpoints, developed in close synergy with Data Science and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities1. Product Strategy & Financial Impact (The "WHY")

  • Architect a 1-to-3-year strategic roadmap that translates high-level corporate goals into actionable product execution.

  • Cultivate a growth-oriented approach: take full accountability for commercial outcomes (sales, GMV) and rigorously optimize the financial returns (ROI and incremental lift) of your products.

  • Track performance indicators, user adoption rates, and overall platform satisfaction.

2. Discovery & Market Alignment (The "WHAT")

  • Collaborate with business units to experiment with new concepts and validate user requirements.

  • Teaming up with Data Science and Engineering to prototype lean, future-proof, and scalable systems.

  • Act as a technical peer, confidently navigating discussions around architectural choices, technical debt, and system tradeoffs.

3. Operational Excellence & Agile Delivery (The "HOW")

  • Advocate for continuous improvement through iterative rollouts and agile best practices.

  • Maintain high transparency by communicating development milestones frequently across the company.

  • Guarantee strict compliance with global data privacy and security standards.

  • Deliver premium, accessible documentation, including system walk-throughs, user guides, and executive briefs.

4. Vendor Management & Budget Optimization

  • Nurture strategic, high-trust alliances with external software vendors and service providers.

  • Oversee third-party expenditures and manage internal cross-charging mechanisms.

  • Hold external partners accountable for delivering secure, high-quality, and cost-efficient solutions.
