Responsibilities

• Monitoring and controlling weekly work plans and Gantt charts; managing involvement in the contractual schedule; engaging a scheduling consultant and flagging discrepancies.
• Collaborative budget management with the Project Manager (analyzing variances, processing reports, S-curve tracking); updating the additional works log and processing/submitting invoices in the system.
• Overseeing RFIs, submittals (supplier/equipment approvals), plans, mock-ups, and high-level supervision to prevent bottlenecks and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Consolidating, editing, and producing periodic status reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and management meeting presentations) and presenting real-time data.
• Tracking, controlling, and leading tasks within the system; establishing workflows and consistently monitoring team and contractor assignments.
• Managing the contractor and supplier lifecycle (from tender to handover); overseeing document control; and proactively reviewing the contract to ensure fulfillment of obligations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Economics, Business Administration, or Law – Required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with schedules (Gantt charts), data analysis, report generation, and project management systems.
• Proven ability to lead and work across multiple interfaces; high level of order, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn independently and gain an in-depth understanding of contracts and processes; capability to work autonomously in the field, manage oneself, and identify and escalate gaps or risks in real time.
