Senior Power Automate Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Power Automate Developer with hands-on expertise in Power Automate Desktop, Microsoft Power Platform, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining end-to-end automation solutions that improve business efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop and Power Platform.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Build scalable and reusable automation workflows while ensuring adherence to best practices and governance standards.
• Integrate Power Automate solutions with Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Outlook, and third-party systems.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis of existing automation solutions.
• Monitor and optimize automation performance to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, process flow diagrams, and deployment guides.
• Participate in testing, UAT support, deployment activities, and post-production support.

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Power Automate Desktop and Microsoft Power Platform development.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing end-to-end RPA and workflow automation solutions.
• Experience with API integrations, connectors, and data migration activities.
• Strong understanding of automation frameworks, exception handling, and workflow optimization.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft ecosystem tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with Power Apps and related Microsoft Power Platform components.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Exposure to cloud-based automation solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
