Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Electronics Engineer to join our R&D team and lead the design and development of advanced power conversion products. Our product portfolio includes power supplies, adapters, chargers, transformers, inverters, and related electronic solutions for global customers and applications including industrial equipment, data centers, automotive charging, energy systems, power tools, and smart electronics. The successful candidate will be responsible for power architecture, circuit design, product optimization, validation, and technical problem-solving throughout the complete product development cycle. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of AC/DC, DC/DC, chargers, adapters, inverters, and other power conversion products.
• Develop power architectures and select appropriate topologies and components according to product requirements.
• Perform schematic design, circuit simulation, component selection, PCB review, debugging, and validation.
• Work with topologies including Flyback, LLC, Forward, Half-Bridge, Full-Bridge, PFC, and DC/DC converters.
• Optimize efficiency, thermal performance, EMI/EMC, power density, reliability, and overall product performance.
• Conduct prototype testing, engineering verification, failure analysis, and design improvement.
• Work closely with firmware, control, mechanical, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams during NPI and mass production.
• Support product certification and compliance requirements, including UL, CE, FCC, and other international standards.
• Provide technical support for customer projects and resolve engineering issues during development and production.
• Prepare engineering documentation including specifications, BOMs, test reports, and design records.
• Support cost reduction, component optimization, design improvement, and technology development initiatives.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of the company's power electronics technology platform. Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Power Electronics, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of professional experience in power electronics design and development.
• Strong knowledge of AC/DC, DC/DC, PFC, chargers, adapters, inverters, or related power conversion technologies.
• Hands-on experience with circuit design, simulation, testing, debugging, and product validation.
• Strong understanding of magnetic components, semiconductor devices, thermal management, EMI/EMC, and power efficiency.
• Familiarity with international safety and EMC requirements.
• Experience with OEM/ODM product development and NPI processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with high-power or high-density power supplies, data-center power, industrial power, EV charging, energy storage, or automotive applications.
• Experience with digital power control or MCU/DSP-based power systems.
• Familiarity with SMT, PCBA, manufacturing processes, and reliability testing.
• Experience working with multinational customers and overseas manufacturing teams.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese or Spanish is a plus, depending on the assigned location.
