Senior Power Platform Administrator

About the Role

Adventure Consultancy Solutions is hiring a Senior Power Platform Administrator for our client, an international development finance institution based in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City. This role owns the administration, governance, and day-to-day operations of an enterprise Power Platform environment - Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages - supporting a strategic initiative to build a digitally fluent, governed low-code workforce.

You will be the person who keeps the platform reliable, secure, and compliant: managing environments across development through production, enforcing Data Loss Prevention policies and security roles, monitoring capacity and licensing, and resolving incidents before they become business problems.

What You'll Do

• Administer and maintain Power Platform environments, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and reliability.

• Manage environment provisioning, lifecycle, and backup and restore procedures across development, test, UAT, and production.

• Configure and enforce DLP policies, security roles, and access controls.

• Monitor platform health, capacity, API usage, and licensing, resolving issues proactively.

• Lead incident and problem management, including root cause analysis and preventive action.

• Enforce Center of Excellence governance policies and solution lifecycle standards.

• Support audit, risk, and compliance reporting related to Power Platform usage.

• Mentor junior administrators and support staff, and maintain platform documentation and runbooks.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in Power Platform administration and operations, including environment management, security, governance, and licensing.

• Hands-on experience administering Dataverse, configuring DLP policies and security roles, and using the Power Platform Admin Center.

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory security and identity management.

• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management using solutions, pipelines, and DevOps.

• Proficiency in PowerShell and Power Platform CLI for administrative automation.

• Knowledge of security frameworks, role-based access control, and compliance requirements.

• Experience with incident, problem, and change management, ideally within an ITIL-aligned practice.

• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
