Senior Power Platform Developer

About the role

NCS Philippines is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to join our growing technology team. This is a full-time position based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this strategic role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of robust solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. You will be instrumental in driving digital transformation initiatives across our organisation, working with stakeholders to translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions that drive value and efficiency.

What you'll be doing

• Design and develop enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI implementations
• Lead technical architecture reviews and provide best practice guidance on Power Platform solutions to development teams
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical specifications
• Develop, test, and deploy Power Platform solutions in alignment with organisational standards and security protocols
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on Power Platform development practices and standards
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues within Power Platform environments
• Maintain and optimise existing Power Platform solutions to ensure peak performance and reliability
• Provide technical leadership on complex integration projects involving Power Platform and other enterprise systems
• Document technical solutions and create knowledge base articles to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer
• Stay current with Power Platform updates, features, and industry best practices

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Power Platform solutions
• Proven expertise in developing Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate workflows, and Power BI reports and dashboards
• Strong proficiency in data modelling, Common Data Service (CDS), and working with Dataverse
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, C#, or similar programming languages
• Experience with Power Platform connectors, custom connectors, and API integrations
• Demonstrated ability to work with Azure services and cloud-based solutions
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control systems, and DevOps practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical challenges
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Preferred: Microsoft Certified Power Platform solutions architect, Microsoft Certified Power Platform developer, or other relevant Microsoft certifications
• Preferred: Experience with Agile development methodologies and working in Scrum team.
