Our client, an in-house technology consultancy of a global consulting firm, is seeking an experienced, pro-code Senior Power Platform Developer to drive a major public sector digital modernization initiative in Ireland. In this role, you will join an established agile team of 7–8 engineers to modernize legacy environments, migrating critical services from Lotus Notes to Dataverse while architecting enterprise-grade Model-Driven Apps, custom Power Pages portals, and robust Azure integrations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Taking end-to-end technical ownership of custom Power Platform solutions, designing and delivering robust Model-Driven Apps and Dataverse architectures.
• Engineering and customizing advanced customer-facing portals using Microsoft Power Pages (Liquid templates, web templates, custom components, and secure authentication).
• Developing custom server-side business logic, plugins, and extensions in C# / .NET for Dataverse and Dynamics 365.
• Building complex, responsive front-end components and client-side scripts using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Orchestrating automated business workflows and enterprise integrations using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and REST APIs.
• Ensuring seamless data migration from legacy Lotus Notes databases into Dataverse while upholding public sector security, compliance, and governance standards.
• Partnering with Solution Architects, BAs, and technical leadership to guide low-code vs. pro-code architectural decisions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of software development experience with significant focus on the Microsoft enterprise ecosystem.
• Deep expertise in both pro-code extensibility (C#/.NET) and low-code architecture across the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong consultant mindset: ability to evaluate architectural trade-offs, communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders, and implement development best practices.
• Solid background in system integration, identity management, and enterprise security within highly regulated or public sector frameworks.
• Excellent English communication skills for daily technical collaboration and stakeholder alignment.

Must-Haves:

• Advanced hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Power Pages (Liquid, custom components, web templates, security).
• Extensive experience designing Model-Driven Power Apps, complex Dataverse data models, security roles, and business process flows.
• Strong pro-code engineering background in C# / .NET (custom Dataverse/D365 plugins, API integrations).
• Front-end scripting capability using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proven experience with Power Automate cloud flows and Azure integration services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Blob Storage).
• EU residency with valid B2B engagement capability.

Location & Working Setup:

• 100% Remote working model (Candidates must be located In Latvia/Lithuania)
• Openness to rare, expensed travel to Dublin if required (unlikely, <5% probability).
