Role Scope

• Advanced electrical diagnosis and drivability problem-solving
• Transmission diagnosis, repair, and replacement
• Engine diagnostics and major mechanical work
• High-complexity repairs others may decline
• General A-Level automotive repair as needed

Schedule & Compensation

• Compensation: $45–$55/hour, paid weekly
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (no weekends)
• PTO: 80 hours + Sick Time: 72 hours paid
• Holidays: 6 paid holidays
• Health: Employer covers 50% of health insurance
• Training: Shop-paid ASE tests and certifications
• Bonus: Signing/retention bonus up to $5,000

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years professional automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and electrical capabilities
• A-Level/Master-level mechanical proficiency
• Transmission background strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license and personal professional tools
• ASE certifications preferred; demonstrated skill is paramount
