About the Role

Backdropsource is a fast-growing global e-commerce brand delivering custom-printed backdrops and fabrics to customers across international markets (North America & Europe). We're looking for a Senior PPC Expert to own and scale our paid acquisition engine. This is a hands-on, ownership role — you'll plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns end-to-end across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms, with a direct line to revenue and ROAS, not just spend management.



⚠️ Hands-on e-commerce (B2B) PPC experience is mandatory for this role.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on PPC experience, with mandatory hands-on experience running paid campaigns for an e-commerce (B2B) brand
• Proven track record of managing significant ad spend profitably across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Strong command of GA4, Google Ads Editor, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, along with conversion tracking setups — including offline conversion tracking
• Analytical, data-driven mindset — comfortable digging into numbers to find the "why" behind performance
• Understanding of e-commerce funnels and how paid media connects to overall revenue goals
• Capable of helping take a brand or product line from zero to one — comfortable building a paid strategy from the ground up, not just optimizing an existing one
• Clear communicator, able to explain performance and strategy to non-technical stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid channels for our international markets (North America & Europe)
• Own budget allocation and bidding strategy to hit target ROAS / CPA / CAC across campaigns and markets
• Drive keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy/creative testing to continuously improve campaign performance
• Manage conversion tracking, pixels, and tagging (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel/CAPI, LinkedIn Insight Tag), including offline conversion tracking, to ensure clean, reliable data
• Partner with the design and content team on ad creatives and landing pages, and run structured A/B tests
• Identify and pilot new paid channels (e.g. Microsoft Ads, Pinterest, TikTok Ads) where they can move the needle
• Support brand-building for new or early-stage product lines, taking paid strategy from zero to one as we expand into new markets or launch new offerings
• Build and present performance reports and dashboards to leadership with clear insights and next actions
• Stay ahead of platform updates, bidding algorithm changes, and industry best practices, and adapt strategy accordingly

Nice to Have

• Experience running paid campaigns for a Shopify or similar e-commerce store
• Prior experience marketing to North American and/or European audiences
• Familiarity with tools like Semrush, Triple Whale, or similar attribution/analytics platforms
