Role Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of paid search strategies, ensuring campaigns meet client objectives, performance targets and commercial goals.
• Act as a subject matter expert in paid search, advising clients and internal teams on strategy, emerging platforms, industry trends and new opportunities.
• Manage and optimise campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and DV360, with a focus on continuous testing and performance improvement.
• Oversee campaign delivery, reporting, creative optimisation, client meetings and quality control, ensuring high standards of service.
• Collaborate with wider paid media and client services teams to deliver integrated strategies and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Mentor and support junior team members.

Role Requirements

• 4+ years of paid media experience
• Proven experience developing and delivering performance-led paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and DV360.
• Strong project and campaign management skills, including budget control, optimisation and delivery against commercial objectives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise clients and support the development of colleagues.
