Senior PR & Marketing Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Deputy Executive Director (PR & Marketing), the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Designing, preparing, and coordinating marketing materials, including website banners, social media content (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), posters, EDMs, and other promotional materials.
• Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of the Association's programmes and events, including the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon and other athletics-related events.
• Managing and liaising with multiple clients on marketing and communications programmes.
• Coordinating media relations activities, including media outreach, press releases, media enquiries, interviews, and event publicity.
• Supporting sponsorship fulfilment, branding initiatives, and promotional campaigns.
• Assisting in content creation and updates for the Association's website and social media platforms.
• Performing other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, public relations, event management, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred and will be considered a definite advantage.
• Candidate with less experience maybe considered as PR & Marketing Executive
