As a Senior Preconstruction Technology Engineer, you will work hands-on with estimating teams to prepare conceptual and detailed estimates, develop interactive client-facing dashboards, and integrate cost information with BIM models. You will also pilot AI-enabled workflows, improve access to historical cost data, and support teams in adopting new technology.

To be successful in this role:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience
• Formal training and proficiency in data visualization technologies such as Power BI
• Expertise in Revit, SketchUp, and AutoCAD, with knowledge of Navisworks and Bluebeam
• Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power BI, and Microsoft Office
• Developing expertise in AI agents and workflow automation
• Strong communication skills and the ability to train teams on digital tools
• Experience with Sage or Beck DESTINI Estimating and graphic design would be advantageous
