Our client is a leading global law firm seeking a Pricing Manager to help shape how it prices its work and structures client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys to develop pricing strategies, fee proposals, and budgets.
• Design and evaluate alternative fee arrangements.
• Analyze matter profitability, historical data, and market benchmarks.
• Support rate-setting and client rate negotiations.
• Track matter performance against budgets and recommend adjustments.
• Build tools, templates, and reporting to improve pricing consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of pricing or financial analysis experience, ideally in a law or professional services firm.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Sound judgment and discretion with confidential information.
