Senior Engineer Primary – High Voltage

Are you an experienced engineer with a passion for high-voltage systems and energy infrastructure? We are looking for a Senior Engineer Primary – High Voltage to take ownership of engineering projects from concept through execution and delivery. In this role, you will contribute to the design and realization of high-voltage installations that support the future of sustainable and reliable energy networks.

What You'll Do

• Translate functional designs and project requirements into practical engineering solutions and project plans.
• Design and validate integrated high-voltage system solutions based on client specifications, technical standards, guidelines, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare, review, and verify technical documentation, engineering drawings, calculations, and execution documents.
• Support the Lead Engineer and Technical Manager throughout all project phases, from basic engineering to detailed design and implementation.
• Identify technical bottlenecks, propose solutions, report findings, and perform quality assurance reviews.
• Take responsibility for primary high-voltage components and associated support structures, including transformers, circuit breakers, disconnectors, instrument transformers, cable connections, overhead line interfaces, and mounting structures.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
• Proven experience in engineering within high-voltage or power infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of high-voltage equipment such as circuit breakers, disconnectors, transformers, and related connections is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of electrical networks, power systems, and engineering standards.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to achieve high-quality results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
