Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Print Designer to lead the execution of complex print production projects while ensuring the highest standards of quality, color accuracy, and operational excellence. This role combines advanced print design expertise, workflow optimization, project leadership, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact print campaigns at scale.

The ideal candidate is a print production expert with strong technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and a passion for innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume and high-complexity print campaigns across multiple markets.
• Ensure print quality, production accuracy, and color consistency across all deliverables.
• Optimize and implement automated workflows for resizing, proofing, templating, and file preparation.
• Perform quality assurance reviews, preflight validations, and production troubleshooting.
• Partner with vendors on print testing, color calibration, production standards, and sustainability initiatives.
• Support process improvement through documentation, workflow enhancements, and operational best practices.
• Lead complex projects while maintaining timelines, priorities, and resource allocation.
• Mentor and support junior designers, fostering knowledge sharing and team development.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Principal Designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Support training initiatives and contribute to team capability growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in print design and print production.
• Experience leading or mentoring team members.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and print production/prepress tools.
• Strong experience managing complex workflows and multiple projects simultaneously.
• English proficiency: C1 Advanced.
