Senior Privilege Management Officer

Job Summary

Senior Privilege Management Officer is responsible for analyze customer

data, feedback, and technology trends to develop strategic privilege models that tailored to

wealth customers' lifestyles. The incumbent is to negotiate win-win partnerships and

commercial deals in line with bank policies, ensuring cost-efficient SCB Privileges with

excellent customer experience as well as foster a positive work environment and groom

team members for efficient and happy growth.

Job Description

• Analyze and interpret customer data, feedback, and technology trends to develop new strategic privilege models or ideas tailored to meet the lifestyle of wealth customers

• Provide in-depth customer analysis on privilege usage, behavior, post-campaign evaluation, and competitor analysis, focusing on SCB Wealth Customers (Private Banking, First and Prime)

• Negotiate business partnerships and commercial deals to ensure agreements are win-win and align with bank contract guidelines and policies

• Manage and plan the monthly financial budget for privilege redemption, partnership marketing, trips, and gifts, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints

• Oversee the implementation of privilege programs by coordinating with IT, Operations, Relationship Managers, Customer Service, Credit Card teams, and Marketing to ensure seamless communication channels and compliance with terms and conditions. Additionally, supervise the Privilege Team and collaborate closely with Legal & Compliance to define terms and conditions for all privileges and promotional campaigns

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communication, Branding, MBA, Mass Communications, Communication Arts or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in CRM in banking industry or wealth business would be an advantage
• Deep understanding of Wealth people lifestyle to handle partnership marketing, trips, manage the implementation the events with the completion of campaign tracking
• Strong in digital & technology knowledge, critical thinking with creativity
• Be able to lead the team by modernizing way of work with customer centric mindset and sense of good taste on investment knowledge
