The Position

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Senior Problem Resolution Manager & 8D Lead to join our teams and work on client projects located in Luxembourg.

As a Senior Problem Resolution Manager & 8D Lead , your main missions will consist in developing and coordinating complex power electronic inverter systems, ensuring system-level robustness and contributing to technical excellence across projects.

Key roles and responsibilities

• Lead the resolution of complex product deviations using the 8D methodology and advanced root cause analysis techniques.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to investigate, contain, and permanently resolve technical issues.
• Manage customer communication related to critical product deviations, ensuring transparency, responsiveness, and professionalism.
• Provide regular status updates and executive reporting to senior management.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions across engineering, quality, and development teams.
• Analyse technical data and identify trends to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams within an agile development environment.
• Support quality and reliability improvements for inverter products and related technologies.

Your profile

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Development Engineer (Inverter/Electronics) and/or Engineering Quality Engineer.
• You have a strong expertise in: 8D Problem Solving Methodology, root Cause Analysis, Inverter Technology, data Analytics, customer Quality Management
• You have a deep understanding of: System Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Development, Embedded Software Development
• Experience with JIRA, Polarion, and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
