Senior Procedure Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Map, design, and standardize end-to-end operational workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Review existing business processes regularly to identify bottlenecks, control gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with department heads and cross-functional teams to gather functional requirements and document technical procedures.
• Facilitate training sessions and change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of new procedures.
• Conduct process compliance audits and present actionable performance reports to executive management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in procedure development, process engineering, quality management, or operational auditing.
• Strong proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., MS Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi).
• Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving, and technical writing skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities to drive organizational change.
