Senior Process Associate

General Overview of the Job:

The Senior Process Associate – Credit Analyst is responsible for customer account creation, master data maintenance, credit evaluation, and compliance validation. The role ensures customer records are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies while supporting credit risk assessment and customer and vendor onboarding activities.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain customer master data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Review and validate account creation requests for accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze customer credit reports and credit ratings to support credit decisions.
• Perform bank account validation by contacting customers, vendors, or financial institutions as needed.
• Conduct outbound calls to verify banking information.
• Perform compliance checks, including KYC and sanctions screening, during customer onboarding.
• Ensure customer records comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation of account setup, credit reviews, and compliance activities.
• Meet productivity, quality, and service level targets.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in credit analysis, accounts receivable, customer master data, or a similar finance role.
• Experience with customer onboarding and account creation is preferred.
• Knowledge of credit reporting tools, compliance processes, and bank validation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
