Senior Process Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Process Associate -International Accountant to support global accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting across multiple geographies. The candidate will be responsible for general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, month-end close activities, financial reporting, and compliance with international accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities for international entities.
• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain General Ledger (GL) records.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Conduct bank, intercompany, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports and support management reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and company accounting policies.
• Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies for timely resolution.
• Maintain accounting documentation and ensure data accuracy.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance .
• 1-4 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or international accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and international accounting practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and financial analysis.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, or similar.
