We are hiring Process Associate/Senior Process Associate - US F& A !!!

Job Title : US F&A

Shift Timing - 6.30 PM - 3.30 AM

Experience : 4-10 years

Location : Chennai

Job Description

• Prepare and post Journal Entries accurately and timely
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities
• Perform Bank Reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Conduct General Ledger (GL) Reconciliations
• Assist in financial reporting and month-end close activities
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP standards
• Support accounting processes related to US taxation (knowledge preferred but not mandatory)
• Handle email communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records with strong attention to detail
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet deadlines

Soft Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Working knowledge of AP/AR, Journal Entries, and Reconciliations
• Understanding of US GAAP
• Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Willingness to work in a mandatory night shift
