Senior Process Associate Master Data Management (ETP)

Manage employee master data, HR lifecycle transactions, payroll inputs, and HRIS data reconciliation. Maintain accurate records, conduct audits, resolve discrepancies, ensure compliance, and coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, HR, and IT.

Required Candidate profile

Candidates with 3–5 years of HR or Payroll Operations experience, knowledge of HRIS and employee lifecycle management, strong analytical and reconciliation skills, and attention to detail.
