Senior Process Engineer

We are working with an innovative critical minerals company in Oklahoma looking to add a Senior Process Engineer to play a key role in commissioning, ramping up, and optimizing a first-of-its-kind processing facility. Qualifications:

• 5–10+ years of process engineering experience
• Experience with rotary kilns, thermal processing, and air pollution control systems (baghouses, scrubbers, thermal oxidizers)
• Proven success supporting commissioning, startup, ramp-up, and continuous improvement of industrial facilities
• Background in mining, critical minerals, cement, lime, metals, recycling, or similar process industries with a hands-on, plant-floor mindset
• Start-up mindset
