Senior Process Engineer

• Graduate of any Engineering course
• With at least 3 years experience at Front of Line assembly
• Strong knowledge of Sawing, Die Attach, and Wire Bonding processes, equipment, materials, and defects.
• Skilled in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, DOE, data analysis, and process improvement.
• Able to lead projects, solve complex problems, and mentor junior engineers.
• Sawing, Die Attach & Wire Bonding process and parameters set-up knowledge, Process troubleshooting & problem-solving, DOE & data analysis, Process improvement & yield optimization, CAPA, PFMEA, Project leadership & technical communication
