Senior Process Engineer

Title: Senior Process Engineer

Location: Mid-Atlantic region

This is an opportunity to join a F&B manufacturing operation undergoing significant expansion. The Senior Process Engineer will have meaningful influence over process design, optimization, equipment performance, and future manufacturing capabilities .

What You’ll Do:

✅ Lead the design, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of manufacturing equipment

✅ Drive CI and root-cause analysis around equipment capability, efficiency, utilization, downtime, and recurring production losses

✅ Support capital projects, equipment installations, process scale-ups, validation, and commissioning

✅ Develop and maintain SOPs, process specifications, CAPAs, change controls, preventive maintenance strategies, and regulatory documentation

✅ Partner cross-functionally with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

• 5+ years of Process, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering experience

• Experience in food, beverage, pharma or other high-speed manufacturing environments

• Strong knowledge of Siemens and/or Rockwell controls
