You support our team as

Senior Process Engineer (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of workers fabricating or modifying machines, tools, or equipment to improve the production process.
• Ensures all machines, equipment, and activities are safe and in accordance with all applicable company and government rules and guidelines.
• Reviews serial equipment at or before EOP for multiple sites regionally and determines OES production process. Develops, as possible, flexible multi part low volume equipment to reduce floorspace utilization.
• Observe all Environmental Work Practices as they apply to your specific department.
• Supervise the maintenance and repair of manufacturing facility and equipment.
• Research each machine and process to provide specific requirements for component replacement or repair, spare part's stocking, and contingency plans to provide uninterrupted service.
• Evaluate maintenance personnel on performance, training skills, and focus on their continuous improvement.
• Trains maintenance and tooling technicians as new technologies are introduced into production.
• Install all new equipment and relocate existing equipment as required.
• Ensures all machines, equipment, and activities are safe and in accordance with all applicable company and government rules and guidelines.
• Performs necessary measures to adhere to ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.

Qualifications

• B.S. Engineering or closely related degree coupled with 8+ years of experience.
• Five or more years related experience.
• Thorough knowledge of the installation, maintenance, and operation of all equipment used in the assembly. PLC experience preferred.
