About Meiyume & the Role

Meiyume is a leading OEM/ODM manufacturer of cosmetics and personal care products, providing end-to-end manufacturing solutions from product development to production.

We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to lead Product & Process Validation across Mixing, Filling and Packing through Finished Goods, while supporting NPD and process improvement.

The role will work closely with Product Development, Production, Quality, Engineering and other cross-functional teams to ensure products are successfully transferred, validated and manufactured consistently to meet quality, customer and regulatory requirements.

What You Will Do

• Lead Product & Process Validation for new products, existing products and process changes.
• Manage assigned NPD projects as a Project Manager, coordinating timelines, milestones, risks and cross-functional activities.
• Lead process trials, scale-up and validation from development through manufacturing launch.
• Develop and execute validation protocols, sampling plans, acceptance criteria and validation reports.
• Conduct process risk assessments using FMEA and identify Critical Control Points.
• Prepare and maintain Batch Cards, PKS, WI and other process documentation.
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer to Production and successful implementation of validated processes.
• Analyze process performance using SPC, Process Capability, FMEA, PDCA and Root Cause Analysis.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of Bulk and Finished Goods quality issues, including CAPA.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, productivity, efficiency and manufacturing cost.
• Provide technical coaching and training to Production and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 9001, customer and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Process Engineering, Process Validation, Manufacturing Engineering or NPD.
• Strong experience in OEM/ODM manufacturing, preferably in cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, pharmaceutical or related industries.
• Hands-on experience in Mixing, Filling and/or Packing processes.
• Proven experience in NPD project management and cross-functional project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Process Validation, SPC, Process Capability, FMEA, PDCA and Root Cause Analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Ability to take ownership, work independently and drive projects to completion.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
