Senior Process Engineer/Process Engineer

Major Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and updating of the Operational Procedures and Work Instructions and coordinates with the Technical Working Group (TWG) for the deliberation of new or revised processes.
• Support research activities on best practices and contribute to the development of improved work processes.
• Assist in the review and updating of policies, guidelines, operational procedures, and work instructions to ensure alignment with Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements
• Review and consolidate submitted Process Improvement documents from different stakeholders and support the preparation of recommendations for process improvements.
• Facilitate dissemination of approved procedures, guidelines, and policies to Data Controllers and Data Record Custodians
• Assist in the conduct of training programs related to PMD operational procedures and work instructions
• Assist the Unit Head in managing day-to-day operations, including monitoring of deliverables, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Perform other related technical and administrative tasks as may be assigned by the Unit Head.

Qualifications And Competency Requirements MINIMUM EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

• Industrial Engineer or Licensed Engineer preferably Mechanical Engineer
• At least three (3) to five (5) years total working experience related in process engineering or relevant functions for Senior and;
• 0-2 years for Process Engineer.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, And ABILITIES

• Broad knowledge in water and wastewater pipeline system.
• Possesses analytical and technical competency related to the job
• Excellent leadership, with strong sense of responsibility, decision making, integrity and delegation skills.
• Good in oral and written communications.
• Familiar with international or local standards.
• Knowledge in office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
