Senior Process Improvement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify Process Opportunities: Partner with internal teams and cross-functional units to identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities in quality, efficiency, and speed.
• Internal Workflow Redesign: Analyze, design, and streamline internal work processes (both operational and back-office) to eliminate non-value-added steps, reduce waste time, and boost overall team performance.
• Customer Impact Alignment: Ensure that optimized internal workflows directly translate into faster execution, fewer errors, and an enhanced end-to-end customer experience.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate effectively with related departments to ensure seamless information flow, stakeholder alignment, and a unified understanding of process improvement goals.
• Documentation & Recommendations: Review detailed business documentation, map end-to-end workflows, and deliver data-driven recommendations to management.
• Data Analytics & Monitoring: Utilize data analytics and dashboard tools (Power BI) to monitor process KPIs, identify root causes of operational friction, and measure post-implementation results.
• Continuous Improvement Culture: Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies within the organization and provide technical guidance/mentorship to team members.
• Ad-hoc Initiatives: Execute other process improvement projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• 5 years’ Experience in process improvement, problem management, project management or related areas
• Degree in Engineer
• Process Improvement skill (Productivity tools). Proven problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge in Continuous Improvement (PDCA, Lean, SIX – Sigma, Kaizen, 5S)
• Data Analytic, Dashboard and visualize would be advantages
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Communicating effectively and able to work as plans
• Attention to detail and excellent
• Competent in computer programs MS Office, Power BI, SQL Python, Google Tools  etc.
• Prior experience in the Digital Marketing industry is not required; candidates with relevant process improvement and analytical backgrounds from any industry are welcome to apply.
