Senior Process Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead semiconductor manufacturing process development, optimization and qualification for equipment and applications.
• Develop and establish process recipes, parameters and operating conditions to achieve customer requirements.
• Work closely with customers to understand process challenges and provide technical solutions.
• Conduct process evaluations, DOE, experiments and data analysis to improve yield, quality, productivity and equipment performance.
• Lead process qualification, validation and new equipment/process introduction at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and identify root causes using structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Translate customer process requirements into equipment and process specifications for R&D and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with R&D, Design teams, Sales and Service teams on new product development and customer projects.
• Lead technical discussions and presentations with semiconductor customers, including engineering and management stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to process engineers and junior team members.
• Support pre-sales activities, including equipment demonstrations, technical proposals, sample evaluations and customer trials.
• Manage multiple customer/process development projects and ensure milestones are achieved on time.
• Drive continuous improvement in process capability, equipment performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Degree/Masters in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Semiconductor Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.
• 10-12 years of semiconductor process engineering experience, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing or equipment.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Experience with process development, optimization, DOE, SPC, FMEA and root-cause analysis.
• Strong customer-facing and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
