A huge focus currently is RDL interposer experience. Real world manufacturing/fabrication (not just knowledge of it)

I'm currently looking for engineers with Spin-on coating experience / Ajinomoto Build-up Film knowledge / Nano-filler ABF. I'm actively searching for process engineers, managers, advanced packaging skills. And everything in-between.
