We are looking for a Process Optimisation Senior Analyst !

As a Process Optimisation Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying inefficiencies, optimising business processes, and unlocking value through automation and process improvement initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders to challenge existing ways of working, identify opportunities for AI and automation, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with key business stakeholders across different organisational levels.
• Identify, generate, and prioritise opportunities across a range of Process and Analytics Solutions.
• Lead process optimisation and automation projects independently or in collaboration with other team members.
• Assess automation and process mining opportunities, including scope, business value, costs, and business case development.
• Lead end-to-end process re-engineering, optimisation, and automation initiatives, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
• Challenge existing ways of working and translate business challenges into practical AI and automation opportunities.
• Lead and support change management activities to ensure business readiness for transition and go-live.
• Facilitate process discovery workshops with stakeholders at different organisational levels.
• Conduct process mapping using BPMN 2.0.
• Improve service processes involving multiple functions across the organisation.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring effective prioritisation and delivery.

Requirements:

Experience and Certifications

• 3–6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Six Sigma or Lean Management Green Belt certification.
• Proven experience analysing and redesigning complex, cross-functional business processes.
• Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end process re-engineering, optimisation, and automation projects with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience leading medium- to large-scale projects and change management initiatives.
• Experience facilitating process discovery workshops across different stakeholder levels.
• Hands-on experience with process mapping using BPMN 2.0, without restriction to a specific tool.
• Experience improving service processes across multiple business functions.
• Consulting experience beyond operational delivery, acting as a trusted partner to business leaders and translating business challenges into practical solutions.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of process analysis, re-engineering, and optimisation.
• Hands-on experience assessing automation use cases involving AI, intelligent automation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, workflow tools, and low-code platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and interpret business requirements.
• Critical thinking skills to challenge existing processes, findings, and proposed solutions.

Soft Skills

• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and proactive.
• Comfortable working virtually in a global environment.
• Willingness to undertake domestic and international travel when required.

Desirable Requirements

• Significant experience with BPM-related capabilities, including AI, Process Mining, Task Mining, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Low-Code Automation, BPM, and workflow tools.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Experience using at least one process mapping tool, such as BIC, Bizagi, Visio, ARIS, or Signavio.
• Experience working in global organisations and international teams.

Languages

• Fluency in English.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
