Role Description The Senior Process Owner is a full-time, on-site role based in Zionsville, IN. This role is responsible for designing, managing, and continuously improving key business processes to support operational efficiency and strategic goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include mapping and documenting processes, identifying areas for improvement, implementing standardized workflows, and monitoring performance metrics. The Senior Process Owner collaborates with cross-functional teams such as finance, operations, and technology to align processes with business objectives and ensure compliance with internal policies. This role also leads process-related initiatives, facilitates stakeholder communication, and provides guidance and training on best practices to drive sustainable process excellence.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Business Process and Business Process Improvement skills, including process mapping, optimization, and implementation.
• Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision making.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Finance to understand financial impacts, budgeting considerations, and cost-benefit analyses related to process changes.
• Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills, including the ability to present complex information, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across teams.
• Experience in process ownership, operational excellence, or continuous improvement roles within retail or a similar fast-paced environment is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Comfort with using business process management tools, reporting platforms, and standard office productivity applications.
